1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery (commonly 14–30 days).
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized designs
3. Exchanges
- We currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- If your order was incorrect or defective, please contact us and we’ll cover the return shipping.
